He graduated from Morenci High and attended Eastern Michigan for his undergraduate studies. During this time, a director in his Athletic Training program invited him to attend a few classes in the Prosthetics & Orthotics Department, and he knew immediately this was where he wanted to be. He applied and was accepted into its Master’s Program, and graduated in 2015. He began his residency at Wright & Filippis in Michigan, where he was exposed to hospital, clinic, and office settings.

He moved here to Columbia, SC in the summer of 2016 to join the Carolina O&P team, and received his Certification in Prosthetics from the American Board of Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics (ABC) shortly after. He has taken numerous courses to keep up with advancing technology, such as WillowWood scanner, WillowWood One System, and Ottobock C-Leg.

He enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts and festivals, hunting, and volunteering his time and expertise to our Amputee Support Group.[/vc_column_text][/qode_elements_holder_item][/qode_elements_holder][vc_empty_space height=”60px”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
